Terms of Use
These terms apply when you use the Drawify mobile app ("Drawify", "the app"). Drawify is developed and published by Medih Canlı, an independent developer based in Türkiye ("we", "us"). "Cozus Entertainment" is the name under which Medih Canlı publishes apps; it is not a separate company. By using the app you agree to these terms. How we handle your data is explained in the Privacy Policy.
- Drawify is free to use. Extra dressers, Plus, Pro and decoration packs are optional purchases made through Google Play or the App Store.
- What you write is yours. You are responsible for what you put in dressers you share.
- Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel them in your store account. Deleting your Drawify account does not cancel a subscription.
- Reminders help, but don't rely on the app alone for anything critical.
1. Using Drawify
You must be at least 13 years old to use Drawify. If you are under the age of majority where you live, use the app with the permission of a parent or guardian. You may use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes in line with these terms and the law.
2. Your account
You can use Drawify without an account (guest mode); your data then stays only on your phone and is lost if you uninstall the app or lose the phone. With an account your data is synced. Keep your sign-in details safe; you are responsible for activity on your account. You can delete your account at any time in the app (Settings › your profile › Account › Delete account).
We may suspend or close an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms (for example, abuse of sharing or attempts to attack the service), after warning you where reasonably possible.
3. Your content and sharing
Your dressers, drawers, tasks and notes belong to you. You give us only the permission needed to store, sync and show them to you and to the people you choose to share them with. We do not use your content for advertising and we do not sell it.
When you share a dresser, everyone who joins can see its contents and, depending on their role, change them. Only share with people you trust, and only share content you have the right to share. Do not use Drawify to store or share content that is illegal, harmful or infringes others' rights. The owner of a shared dresser controls it: if the owner deletes the dresser or their account, it disappears for everyone who joined.
4. Purchases and subscriptions
- Where you pay: all purchases are made through Google Play or the Apple App Store and are processed by them under their terms. The price and currency are shown in the store before you buy. We never receive your payment details.
- One-time purchases (Extra Dressers and decoration packs) give you a permanent licence to use those features or items in Drawify. They are linked to your store account and can be restored in the app ("Restore purchases").
- Plus and Pro subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period (monthly or yearly) unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends. You can manage or cancel a subscription in your Google Play or App Store account settings. If a free trial is offered, you are charged when the trial ends unless you cancel before then. When a subscription ends, its features stop; decorations you placed are kept and come back if you subscribe again.
- Refunds are handled by Google Play or Apple under their refund policies. Because digital content is delivered immediately with your consent, the statutory right of withdrawal may not apply once delivery has started, to the extent the law allows. This does not affect any rights you have under mandatory consumer law.
- Deleting your Drawify account does not delete your store purchases or cancel subscriptions.
5. Changes and availability
We keep improving Drawify and may add, change or remove features. We try to keep the app running smoothly, but it may sometimes be unavailable or contain errors, and syncing needs an internet connection. If we ever decide to stop offering Drawify or its online features, we will try to tell you in the app in advance. Reminders and notifications depend on your phone's settings and system and may be delayed or not appear; do not rely on Drawify alone for medical, legal, financial or other critical deadlines.
6. Liability
Drawify is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses or for loss of data you could have prevented (for example by using an account so your data is backed up). Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for intent or gross negligence, and nothing affects your rights as a consumer.
7. Apple devices
If you downloaded Drawify from the Apple App Store, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content and has no obligation to provide support for it.
8. Applicable law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Please contact us first; we will try to solve any problem together. Consumers in Türkiye may also apply to the consumer arbitration committees or consumer courts. If you are a consumer living in the EU or another country, the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country continue to apply to you.
9. Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, we will update the date at the top. If a change is significant, we will tell you in the app before it takes effect. If you do not agree with the new terms, you can stop using the app and delete your account.
